Passionate about technology, sustainability, and community impact, Justin founded Launchup Datalab to empower individuals and organizations through practical, job-relevant training and analytics solutions. He specializes in project implementation, data management, and operational analytics, driving business strategies and delivering measurable results.
Dr. Lema Logamou Seknewna
A statistician and data scientist with extensive expertise in machine learning, econometrics, and spatial data analysis. He serves as a Senior Data Scientist with the AIMS–NISR Data Science Capacity Building Initiative and has trained professionals across Africa in R, Python, and advanced analytics, blending academic rigor with hands-on, job-ready skills.
Ernest Kwisanga
A data analyst and statistician with experience in data modeling, visualization, and research. He has contributed to projects with the Rwanda ICT Chamber, EduConnect Rwanda, and the University of Rwanda, delivering impactful insights. Skilled in Python, R, Power BI, and SQL, Ernest is passionate about using data to inform better decisions and create value.
Joselyne Uwayisaba
Joselyne is a statistician specializing in Applied Statistics and Demography. She trains students and professionals in STATA, R, SPSS, Excel, and Python, bridging theory with real-world application. Passionate about continuous learning, she leverages data to address social and economic challenges while inspiring others to grow in statistics and research.
Homere Abayo
A software developer with expertise in web development, system design, and programming. Skilled in Python, C/C++, Java, and full-stack development, he builds efficient, user-friendly solutions. With additional skills in digital marketing, trading, and investing, Homere combines technical and business knowledge to deliver impactful, real-world tools.
